As a team, Ward 3 Housing Justice (W3HJ) is a part of the DC Grassroots Planning Coalition (DCGPC), a citywide land use activist group launched by Empower DC.  As individuals, we are all members of Empower DC.

Committed affordable housing advocates from W3HJ formed a sibling organization, the not-for-profit corporation. NW Opportunity Partners Community Development Corporation (NWOP CDC).

Our ally, the Wardman Hotel Strategy Team, advocates for significant affordable housing at the former Wardman Hotel property in Woodley Park.
